As a FICO Analyst intern, I worked with a team to develop an AI language model and designed to classifiy intents banking conversations.
As a System Administrator intern, I managed user accounts in a Windows environment and performed firmware updates. I also tested and terminated Ethernet cables to ensure reliable connection in classrooms.
I volunteered with the Child & Adolescent Studies Association (CAAS), where I helped organize school supply drives and community events such as Trunk or Treat. These activities allowed me support children and families in need.
In this project, I set up a secure virtual mail server by configuring core services. Then configured STMP authentication to ensure reliable email delivery.
